Return Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
  • Item must be returned in the original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories included.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
  • Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

To start a return, email Sales@tdmius.com to receive return authorization and a shipping address.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked Final Sale or Clearance
  • Opened or installed items
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Gift cards or digital downloads

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • Email Sales@tdmius.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • Approved exchanges will be shipped once the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
  • Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Accidental Orders and Purchasing Regret

  • Orders canceled immediately after being placed are subject to a 4% recovery fee.
  • Shipped items must be returned unopened and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Late or Missing Refunds

  1. Re-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times vary.
  4. If you still have not received your refund, email sales@tdmius.com.

Sale Items

  • Sale items will only be refunded at the original sale price.
  • All sale items are final sale unless defective or damaged.

Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping will be deducted.
  • For items over $75, use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returns without tracking.
  • For international returns, customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and shipping fees.
