TDMi elevates brake disc production by using a superior FC-25 steel blend rich in cast carbon, increasing maximum temperature tolerance to 900°C. This allows the rotors to endure higher stress and heat levels without excessive expansion or distortion.
Compared to common market rotors made from lower-grade steels like FC-20 and FC-22—which can expand 1.2–1.5 mm at 500°C—TDMimports rotors expand only about 0.45 mm, ensuring greater durability and consistent braking.
